Shopee Search By Image - Quick Product Finder is a Chrome extension that allows users to right-click an image on a webpage and search for similar or matching products on Shopee.

The extension may access the URL of an image selected by the user when the user right-clicks an image and chooses the “Search on Shopee” option.

The selected image URL is used only to perform the extension’s single purpose: opening a Shopee product search in a new browser tab based on the image selected by the user.

The extension does not use the selected image URL for tracking, profiling, analytics, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.

The extension does not store user data on our servers.

The extension does not maintain a database of selected images, image URLs, browsing history, or user activity.

6. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

The extension may pass the selected image URL to Shopee only when the user intentionally uses the right-click search feature. This action is necessary to provide the extension’s main feature.

No user data is transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, analytics companies, or information resellers.

7. Remote Code

The extension does not use remote code.

All JavaScript and functionality are included inside the extension package. The extension does not load or execute externally hosted scripts, modules, CDNs, or WebAssembly files.

8. Permissions

The extension uses Chrome permissions only to provide its single purpose.

The contextMenus permission is used to add the “Search on Shopee” option when a user right-clicks an image.

Any host permissions, if used, are limited to enabling the user-selected image search function and are not used to collect or monitor browsing activity.

9. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The extension’s use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information accessed by the extension is used only to provide or improve the extension’s single user-facing purpose. The extension does not transfer user data except as necessary to provide the image search feature, comply with applicable law, or protect against abuse or security issues.

The extension does not use user data for advertising, personalized ads, credit-worthiness evaluation, or unrelated purposes.

The extension does not allow humans to read user data, except where necessary for security, legal compliance, or user-requested support.

When the extension opens Shopee or another webpage, the user is interacting with that third-party website. This Privacy Policy does not control how Shopee or other websites process information. Users should review the privacy policies of those websites separately.
